The project was to create a memorable identity for a premium call center. We used the information gathered about the competition and Optima’s management vision, to propose a positioning focused on the concept of optimization, a strong attribute for both Optima’s identity, and for the company’s new business. Optimization became thus the key optimist visual element declined in all their communication.

The task on this project was to build a full identity for the most approachable, friendly and flexible corporate HR company on the market. The result was a great name - “HR Embassy - Engaging people to business” and a beautiful design that communicates the idea.

We’ve made a collection of anniversary gift sets for Elmiplant, focusing on three different women targets. Ladies aged 25+, 35+ or 45+ could enjoy a special gift set crafted for them with a visual representation of the characteristics of each product, exposure characteristics of each gift box and a beautiful ribbon for easier identification on market stands.

A great idea to promote the new range of shower gel cream products, Elmiplant care moments: The care moments stands. We used eye catching images to illustrate the ingredients used in products and the features that Elmiplant integrated into their gels. Also by developing a flyer and a wobbler box we have managed to create a differentiation and a benefits oriented communication.

When you are asked to make the best popular round bread on the market what do you respond besides “with pleasure”? For Marathon Distribution Group we have created this brand new bread – from Name, Slogan, Package Design and Communication strategy, nothing was left untouched, for a tasteful market experience.

Creating a premium bread is no easy thing. “Dospita bavareză” was from the early stages a great brand name to start with. We have developed Name, Slogan, Package Design and Communication strategy, to offer the consumer a high quality product.

We have created a popular sunflower oil package design, communicating the benefits of cooking more with less. The idea behind the used images was to show big things, like a chicken covered with fries and icons that explain the properties of the oil, fluent with the concept of the product “more with less”.

One of Walmark’s special CSR projects is BookMark – the encouragement for youngsters to read more. We’ve developed a beautiful package design and concept design art for the DVD and the cover of the DVD containing successful stories of the BookMark project.

As the market grows and demands for FMCG such as bread are increasing, new brands are required. We have designed different packages for Panima in order to satisfy different market requests for home bread, integrated bread, multi cereal bread and so on. Specific visual elements combine with different layouts in order to offer the best packaging experience in the category. The products stand out on the shelf and define themselves as premium perceived products.

Panima Măricel has been created as part of a range of products dedicated to children. Therefore we have designed a simple, yet catchy logotype in order to attract and persuade to buy. Pastry items that appear on the packages have the purpose of transmitting the target audience for our product.

Segarra has been created from the start as a premium product for consumers seeking quality rye bread. The name is inspiring and it is derived from the Romanian equivalent of the main ingredient that is to be found in the bread. Other elements that are found on the package, logotype, symbols and drawings were created with very high attention to details – all in order to provide the best possible visual and tactile experience.

As Walmark Romania decided to take a step forward towards the prebiotics market, we came up with three new package designs for this new need. We have integrated Walmark’s statement – health for the entire family – in our packages, thus offering a minimal yet clean design, suggesting the quick action and the efficiency of microorganisms in the process of maintaining our health.

Walmark also continues its mission towards sustaining athletes in their quest of overcoming limits. We have created a special package for the Transmaraton event, offering all the necessary elements that an athlete requires.

The Walmark Magazine is a great place for displaying ads. Here you can see some of them for different products inside the paper. Each of those communication materials has a story – “because you care”, “because sometimes you forget”, “because sometimes your hands get cold” – they all talk about a benefit in an engaging way.

How to create a direct selling material for consumers when you are one of the biggest producers of food supplements, with a distribution network that goes into pharmacies and hospitals? The Walmark Wealthiest People Club and the Magazine associated with it was the answer. The club members would receive information about their products and health in general, by newsletters and memos online, after they sign up on the Club’s website (www.csw.ro) and twice a year they would receive the free club magazine. This material is one of our greatest achievements, being an editorial – advertising work – you read, understand, see, compare, take your phone or your PC and order the products that you need at a discounted price. We have created the content, took care of the editing, made the media placement, designed the magazine from cover to cover for an engaging experience to readers and defined an excellent unconventional direct selling material.

The first step in a project like the Walmark magazine is to plan all of the content and the big variety of products into logical, understandable categories. Therefore we have taken all the club’s ideas and categorized them into mini-clubs according to the target audience of the products and the content delivered. That is how Children, Women, Men, Seniors and Active Clubs appeared, each having a distinct colour, symbol and concept content.

We’ve offered a concept for the entire Walmark Club & Magazine. Using the insight according to which the rich people are in fact the healthy people, we have created and named Walmark’s Club, The Walmark Wealthiest People Club. The concept is underlined on the last page of the magazine, near the selling mechanism. The benefit of the concept is that it integrates all the communication delivered inside the magazine and in the Walmark Club or mini-clubs.

HR Embassy is a very flexible and powerful human resources agency, with over 86% success rate in hiring people as a result of professional help in resume writing. This ad associates HR Embassy’s services with a passport that offers you the route towards your dream job.

Investing in their children’s education is a priority for all parents. We have promoted the educational benefits of knowing a foreign language from early stages, with Bell Bucharest, in the outdoor media (subway stations) with posters and flyers.

In order to communicate the passion for knowledge and the pleasure to work with kids, we’ve created a concept event for Bell Bucharest in collaboration with Carturesti Book Store. The idea was wrapped around The Jungle Book. All the materials contained animals, and Mowgli as a central character of the story. We’ve delivered invitations for the parents, special invitations for kids in the form of little tiger masks and posters announcing the event, both offline and online.

Bookmarks and branded bells tell the story of professional language sessions with Bell Bucharest. They encourage youngsters and adults to read more, achieve more and better understand the multicultural world around.

This ad communicates the main benefit of learning English at Bell Bucharest, having the opportunity to take lessons from native English teachers and Romanian ones also. Therefore your perfect teacher from Bell Bucharest is half English and half Romanian.

This material was focused on the people who wanted to learn Romanian. Therefore the ad took the form of a smart warning (“If you hear someone say, I saw green horses on the wall, don’t call him crazy!”), to underline the idea that Romanian sayings may seem odd to a foreigner.

Using the event name British University Study, we’ve created the B.U.S. concept to identify it, and to illustrate the opportunity and the ease with which one can go to specialized studies abroad. The materials delivered were posters and flyers used to promote the event, and letters of invitation sent to students and teachers.

HR Day is Petrom’s finest gathering of beautiful minds around three days of debates and internal communication concepts. The event was constructed around the idea of “navigating together to performance”. The question remains: “How did we transform a conference room from Radisson Blu Hotel into a sailing ship?” The answer was nothing less but perfection in setting the right atmosphere, providing the right materials from scene to set design, posters, flyers, deliverables, letters, invitations, gift-sets and sailor hosts that welcomed the guests. In this project we have delivered and implemented the approved concept, creating not only a full event, but also a corporate memorable experience.

We have created a global concept for Petrom’s HR Day event - “Navigate Together to performance” that integrated all the communication and was implemented in all derivate materials at the event. Each HR direction was associated with a visual symbol and The HR Day received a complex, combined illustration logo that puts the other symbols together, in a logical order. We have illustrated the concept in benefits inside the event communication through branding the materials used according to the main idea.

When you have lots of employees, lots of procedures and a lot of processes, dependencies and interconnections that need to be understood and useful for all the people that work in your company, you actually really need an instrument – a tool for making everything clear to everyone. We gladly present the 300 pages brochure that puts everything communicated internally in order: The Human Resources Organization Tool. And with it comes the little performance development unconventional material. 30.000 + employees smiling are the only certainty that we have.

In an OMV global motivational project we have created brochures, flyers, agendas and informational leaflets that communicate the inside opportunities and benefits of Petrom employees.

This was a safety program for which we’ve designed a character that teaches Petrom blue collar employees about the necessities of having the right equipment and the proper behavior at their work space. Petronius was the symbol of this material, guiding people to a correct behavior inside the company, using visual representations and icons to teach employees how to be safe.

To communicate the most precious rug textures on the market for Buhara, we’ve associated the rugs with art galleries, art objects and beautiful interior designs. Therefore the benefit of having something uniquely crafted in your home is underlined by the visual design of the ads and the headline “Make a palace from your home!”

We have transformed the difficult task of communicating a 50% anniversary discount to all rugs into a cultural rug collection display event. The event was called “Oriental Stories” and it benefit from the expertise of a specialist in Oriental rug culture. The materials delivered were invitations, posters and flyers of the event integrated into the general concept.

In order to communicate the opening of a new Buhara Gallery in the center of Sibiu, we have created promotional materials, such as invitations, magazine ads and brochures. Also, we have taken care of the opening by contacting the local press, inviting them to the event and asking them to write about it. The result – more than 7 online appearances and great feedback for the largest gallery of oriental carpets.

Special projects for The Royal Norwegian Embassy with EEA Grants and Norway Grants include communication of their social – cultural projects in Romania using flyers, posters, leaflets and branded calendars.

Unisol sunflower oil is a first-press oil made from carefully chosen high quality ingredients. The materials delivered for communicating freshness and a rich vitamin D content were stands for the product and wobblers for market displays.

Unisol sunflower oil is an upper mainstream brand with the positioning of extra healthy. We have communicated this benefit through posters, ads and with a TV spot commercial associating the oil with natural healthy ingredients.

How can you communicate a promotion for one of the biggest food suppliers in the country? The answer stands in shopper marketing materials and posters that transmit the idea of less processed, high-quality products, offered at great discount to loyal customers.

For our two bread brands created from scratch we’ve designed visual representation posters according to the built positioning. Therefore the premium bread – “Dospita bavareză” is in a high setting with all the high quality German ingredients around it and “Îndesata cu seminţe”, our popular bread with sunflower seeds, is illustrated in a sunflower.

Elmiplant communicates natural beauty and healthy ingredients in their products. Here you can see a collage of ad campaigns made for their shower gels, sun-protect products, and anti-cellulite gels. The materials delivered were flyers, wobblers, outdoor prints and posters.

Danone’s employees have a benefit package that needed to be communicated to all the people inside the company. The result was a five icon design concept for Danone’s main five values illustrated, and a collection of benefits symbolized with vivid images.

One of our social communication projects is the constant support for the blood donation campaigns, initiated by the Foundation of Blood Donation. We have made posters, leaflets and a TV spot to promote the idea of donating blood. Two of the concepts designed for this purpose were “Discover the most generous person!” and “Nothing can replace blood”!

To make the waiting for the blood donors more pleasant we have created an art donation campaign for the students and teachers at the University of Arts in Bucharest, to contribute with their work for a visual warming on the interiors of the Hematology Institute.

Elmiplant launched two new products to complete its Bodyshape category and wanted to communicate this action in the online environment. And what better way to do that than through a Facebook application? Starting with the concept and game strategy, we have put together a beautiful mechanism through which consumers could enter each day and select nutrition, movement or Bodyshape actions, all in order to demonstrate their healthy lifestyle. At the end of the contest, winners were given roller skates, iPods and Bodyshape products. We have managed to reach almost 10.000 fans in less than a month and many more impressions on the Elmiplant Facebook page.

Our task was to design and build a completely new website for the Romanian Society of Cardiology, one of the biggest medical societies in our country. We have structured the information into precise categories, came out with a great design and provided intuitive navigation, with interactive menus and sub-categories. More than that, we have integrated a complete e-learning platform, with full acces for all the registered members.

The Cardioinfo e-learning platform has been a challenge. Our mission was to organize information and provide ease of access to all the facilities offered within the platform - descriptions, catalogues, calendar synchronization, advertising space and much more. The result - full functionality and loads of satisfied people.
