RECRUITMENT OF HELPERS & STOREMAN IN HARYANA ROADWAYS
The applications are invited through registered post in the prescribed application form from the
eligible male candidates for the recruitment of Helpers and Storeman in Haryana Roadways on temporary
basis in the scale of 4440-7440+GP 1300/- for 636 vacancies as per details in the table given below:-

1. The vacancies may vary as per actual requirements in the various depots. These vacancies include the backlog of the reserved categories also.
2. The applicant should not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age on 21.01.2013. Reservation for SC,
BCA,BCB, Ex-Servicemen, Outstanding Sports Persons and handicapped person shall be as per Haryana Govt.
Rules/instructions issued from time to time. The benefit of reservation shall be available only to the domicile
of the State of Haryana. 3. The candidate should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade. 4. The last date for receipt of duly filled in application forms is 21.01.2013 upto 5.00 PM. 5. No candidate shall be allowed to apply at more than one depot. All the applications of the applicant(s)
applying at more than one depot shall be summarily rejected. 6. The selected candidates shall be liable to serve at any place, whether within or outside the State of Haryana on
being ordered to do so, by the competent authority. 7. The applicant shall clearly write the name of the post on the envelope and send it through registered post to the
office of concerned General Manager of Haryana Roadways on or before the last date i.e. 21.01.2013 (upto 5.00 PM).
The application form alongwith the vacancy details, essential qualification, selection process and other relevant instructions will be available from 14.12.2012 in the office of the General Managers of Haryana Roadways and also downloadable at the official website of the department i.e. www.hartrans.gov.in.

belonging to SC/BC category shall be given age relaxation as per Haryana Government

8. Application Fee / vkosnu 'kqYd
i) The applicants belonging to General category are required to attach a demand draft of `100/- as
application processing fee. The candidates of SC/BC candidates of Haryana only are required to
attach a demand draft of ` 25/- as application processing fee. The demand draft should be
issued by any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in favour of the Director General, State Transport,
Haryana, Chandigarh. The applicants shall write his name, father’s name, name of the post and
advertisement No. on the backside of the demand draft. The demand draft issued after the date
of advertisement will only be accepted.
