Position Overview
This is an entry level role into ANZ.
The role is located within the Wollongong city contact centre and is a phone based role. As such we are looking for good communication skills, an ability to empathise with our callers, problem solving, conflict resolution and a willingness to learn. Computer literacy is required to navigate through the numerous systems that we use. Some form of customer facing experience is preferred whether this is in retail, hospitality, or other industries.
On the job paid training is supplied prior to any phone contact with customers is made. This is an inbound service centre with calls being received from customers who hold products with us, employers who use products with us or advisers who sell our products. The enquiries can range from simple calls such as what is the address to send this form to, through to enquiries on investment or fee structures.
