SUMMARY
• On 17, 18 & 19 October 2017 9628 professionals visited the Antwerp Expo.
• In total, 7415 unique visitors came together during the three day trade show.
• Visitors could visit the stands of 308 exhibitors who had expertise in transport, logistics, stock
management, IT, software and data communications.
A trade show that invites you to visit without having to spend a whole day there and a place where it is easy to make contacts.

• Visitors have given the general organisation of the trade show an average score of 7.7/10.
• In the first place, nearly 70% of the visitors comes to the trade show to
make new contacts and/or to maintain current contacts, in other words,
to network.
• 88% is satisfied to very satisfied about the number of exhibitors present.
• More than half of the visitors plans to purchase one of the products or services that they saw at
the trade show.
• Nearly 70% of visitors has indicated that they will certainly pay a visit to or contact one of the
exhibitors at the trade show.

• Exhibitors have given the general organisation of the trade show an average score of 7.2/10.
• Top three reasons to participate in the trade show:
1. Make new contacts and/or find prospects
2. Create company awareness and/or product introduction
3. Maintaining business relations with existing customers
• 85% of exhibitors is satisfied to very satisfied about the quality of visitors.
• More than half of the exhibitors will certainly participate in the next edition.
An enthusiastic sales team at the stand gives an extra dimension to the image of the company that cannot be matched by any website or brochure. After all, people do business with people – this will never change even in this digitised era.
