NAPOMENE/NOTES
1. U potvrdi se podatke ne smije brisati niti dopisivati. Kada je nuždan ispravak precrta se prijašnji podatak i dopisuje novi. Svaki takav ispravak mora parafom odobriti onaj tko je izdao potvrdu i ovjeriti carinska služba zemlje ili teritorija gdje je potvrda izdana. Certificates must not contain erasures or words written over one another. Any alterations must be made by deleting the incorrect particulars and adding any necessary corrections. Any such alteration must be initlailled by the person who completed the certificate and endorsed by the Customs authorities of the issuing country of territory.
