Protection. Storing your boat on a Davit Master
Davit means freedom from barnacles, zebra mussels
and other marine fouling that can slow you down and
increase fuel consumption. Your boat will be guarded
from wake, wind and freeze damage.
Powered. Our electric Davits are powered by our
exclusive line of direct-drive winches, DE30, DE40
and DE50 models. Our winches are fully enclosed for
protection from the elements and because each winch
is gear driven versus belt driven you will enjoy smooth,
quiet operation without the worry of belt slippage
or replacement.
Quality Design. Our rugged rectangular tube
design provides lateral as well as vertical strength.
Long Life. Our davits are manufactured from steel
then hot dipped galvanized for a long life. We use only

DAVIT MASTER WARRANTYDavit Master Corporation warrants its manufactured products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original buyer only, when purchased from Davit Master or an authorized dealer of Davit Master, from the date of delivery for a period of:
Ten (10) years – Structural integrity of Aluminum Support and lowers BeamsFive (5) years – Structural integrity of Aluminum Elevators*One (1) year – Galvanized ProductsOne (1) year – Remaining componentsFive (5) years – AMS Direct Drive
Five (5) years – AMS Belt Drive*Sacrificial zincs must be maintained and an electrical disconnect must be utilized or warranty shall be void.This Limited Warranty shall not be effective, and shall be void if the products are:Installed at any location other than the address specified in the sales agreement. Used for any commercial purpose or other than in accordance with Davit Master’s recommendations. Subjected to an event that is not Davit Master’s fault, such as, but not limited to, damaged caused by accident, misuse, overloading, negligence, alteration, modification, or abusive operation. Subjected to an event that is not Davit Master’s fault, such as, but not limited to, damaged caused by improper product selection, improper installation, failure to follow applicable installation and maintenance recommendations, failure to follow applicable operational instructions or warnings. Subjected to lift dead weight in excess of Davit Master’s stated rating capacities. Altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by Davit Master during the term of this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty shall not include the cost of labor for the repair, replacement, removal, or reinstallation of any product covered herein. Such costs shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer. At its option, Davit Master may repair or replace the defective product. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the remaining portion of this original Limited Warranty period at the time the product was purchased by the Buyer.
This Limited Warranty shall not cover any incidental and/or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from any adverse weather conditions, acts of God or other causes not due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of the product; damage to property, loss of use, loss profits or expenses for inconvenience.
This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. No agent, employee, or representative of Davit Master has authority to bind Davit Master to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning Davit Master’s products except as stated herein. Any Warranty implied by law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is in effect only during the duration of the express warranty set forth herein.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. This Warranty shall be construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida.
To submit a warranty claim, buyer shall contact Davit Master Customer Service at 1-800-878-5560 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. In order to process a claim the following information is required: proof of purchase, product model, load weight, dealer name and date of installation, operation and service history, clear and concise statement of basis for the warranty claim. Product must be returned to Davit Master Corp., 5560 Ulmerton Road, Clearwater, FL 33760, freight prepaid, within the period of this Limited Warranty.

Product installation must meet all applicable electrical
codes, be wired by a licensed electrician, be prop-
erly grounded and have ground fault protection.
All routine maintenance is the owner’s responsibility
