WHAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? IN THIS SESSION, WE EXPLORE BOTH GOOD INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXAMINE SOME BIASES THAT MAY HINDER US IN PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. THIS SESSION WILL ALSO PROVIDE TECHNIQUES FOR HOW TO HANDLE THE DREADED ANGRY CUSTOMER.

THIS IS THE SECOND PART OF ENGAGING AND CONNECTING THE DOTS. THIS CONTINUES WITH MORE PRACTICE ON COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS IN CHILD WELFARE.

• JULY 28TH : 9AM- 11AM- COMBINATION TEAMS

ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVISIT THE ROLE AND APPLICATION OF THE SAFETY ASSESSMENT, RISK ASSESSMENT, STRENGTH AND NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND RISK REASSESSMENT IN THE COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT PROCESS.

This class will explore various aspects of Emotional Intelligence and the role it plays in organizational success as well as

information to help you as a leader get started in modeling Emotional Intelligence
