I. GoSutton is the first Demand Responsive Bus (DRB) service to
operate in London
II. GoSutton is a shared corner to corner transport option to help get
around the borough and forms part of TfL’s 12 month trial to explore
the opportunities around DRB services
III. The trial is running from May 2019 – April 2020 inclusive
IV. GoSutton is available to residents and visitors of the borough and is
offered in addition to existing services within a defined service zone

We considered a number of options for the extension of the area served for
the GoSutton trial.
Included in our consideration was:
I. Analysis from current user data including feedback from riders
II. Ensuring the additional area was at the benefit to users of the
service
III. Ensuring the overall service remained efficient
(keeping the waiting time for the service at a minimum)
IV. Ensuring that the extension didn’t risk abstraction from the
existing transport network.

Customers who book the service from a landline and do not have
SMS enabled phones will not receive the real time updates of the
vehicles arrival
