Developed a custom “Zone Qualifications” tab in Vision Opportunities
– This workflow begins with answering a series of questions to
assign a “Zone Category” that determines review requirements
– Based on the “Zone Category”, an email is sent to stakeholders
with required instructions for the proposal review

How does your organization keep track of all employee start dates, anniversaries, performance reviews?
Anniversary workflows were created from the hire date field –calculate the date difference
A custom tab was created for storing Employee Evaluation information
– A custom workflow sets up 45 day, 90 day, 6 month, and 1-year reviews based on the hire date when a new employee is added to Vision
– Email alerts to notify Managers/Supervisors about upcoming dates to perform employee evaluations
