Realizing the need for an equine store in her area, Sue Braun
created Sue’s Tack Shop, which she located in the Morden
Home Hardware which is owned by herself and her husband,
Murray. Then she extended the scope of her tack shop to
customers throughout our province by selling equine related
items online. To reach customers with any new deals or sales, Sue
created Sue’s Tack Shop Newsletter.
The Newsletter has an even wider scope in the horse community
as Sue includes free classified ads for her patrons, as well as a
news section for horse clubs where announcements for horse
shows, clinics , trail and endurance rides etc. can be published
without any cost.
Sue’s Tack Shop/Morden Home Hardware has been a sponsor,
over the years, for various clubs such as Westman Dressage,
Manitoba Arabian Horse Association and Dressage Winnipeg.
Sue has been devoted to her horses and their welfare. Sue
regularly publishes links to equine news, and equine training and
horse care issues, in her newsletter and through Facebook.
