1.CONSTRUCTION HULL CONSTRUCTION The hull structure is longitudinal and transversal with monolithic bottom; additional elastic mounts are installed in order to support the machinery weights, the main engine basements looks as parts of the structure; Deck and superstructure are made in sandwich, additional bearings are installed around the deck openings and near the winches and warps; the main deck has drain scuppers installed in adequate positions, running in-side the hull and coming to the surface on the floating line; the deck has also bolts (transversal/longitudinal) in both the open-air areas and lateral passages. The double bottom is divided in order to contain fresh water, fuel and dirty water, it’s reached through openings made on the top of the double bottom itself. HULL FINISH Blue navy finish (2012) with blue waterline and white superstructures; DECK FINISH The open-air areas are covered by teak (10mm thick internal and 14mm external) which is glued to the deck through an insulating compound; be-tween a plank and the following one the shipyard used Sicaflex;
