How to reset your password
• Go to the website: myapps.microsoft.com.
• Type your [email protected] address.
• Click Next.

1. Type your [email protected] address and your password.Click Sign in.
2. Click on your profilename/avatar.

3. To reset your password, click on Change password.

• If you don’t have your method set up, you will see this message when you are trying to connect to the VPN
• For First Method, select Phone.• For Second Method, selectAuthenticator app or Security questions

We suggest these methods for ease of use:
Security Questions cannot be used
as main method for multi-factor
authentication. However, it can be used
to reset password in MFA.
If you don’t have an active phone, you
can use a tablet or smart phone, using
the Authenticator app via Wi-Fi

Setting up security questions
1. To get the app, on your mobile device, install the Microsoft Authenticator app (Android or Mac, depending on your device). Then, click Next.

2. On the Set up your account window, clickNext.
3. Use the app to scan the QR code. Then, click Next.
4. Approve the authentication that is being sent to your app. Then, click Next.
5. Click Done.

You will now see your First and Second method setup.

1. On the first screen, type your user: [email protected]. Then, click Next.

2. Type your password and click Sign in.
3. Click any of the buttons No/Yes.
4. Click verify now.
5. These options are based on your personal preferences.To keep your account secure, you need to set up the security info (Phone method is the easiest or Authenticator app). Click on the Set up button.

2. Select your country and Typeyour phone number.Select either Call me or Text me a code (recommended).
3. To validate, you are receiving a code in your mobile that you will enter here and then, clickDone.
4. This is how the code is sent to your mobile e.g. 999999 Use this code for Microsoft verification.
5. Now both are properly set up.Click Done.
Note: Choose this option if you have a cell phone or land line

You will be receiving the code in your mobile.
5. Click Add security info.

Note: Please complete this section as this option will allow to reset your password in the future, even if you forget it

9. You have properly set up your security questions.

4. On your mobile, tap on the menu and select Add account.Next screen, select Work or school account.
5. Scan the QR code that appears in your computer (the one from step 3).On the next screen appears a code.
6. Enter the code you received in your mobile. Then, click Done.

• Go to the website myapps.microsoft.com. • Type your login credentials.• You will re-directed to the TTEC's sign in page.• Sign in with your organization account (i.e. [email protected]).• Click on your name (Top right corner)• Click on the Profile button.• Click on the Edit security info option.• Go through your current default Multi Factor Authentication process.• Click on the Change default option.• Select the method you'd like to set as default.• Click on the Done button..
