Leading School Development Activity
• Using LAOS Domain 3 – each group will be given a standard within the domain
• Decide on one aspect of “effective” practice which you would like to move to “highly effective” practice
• Devise a plan to present to your staff on how to achieve this
• Each group, after 1 hour must present on this plan using power point for a 5 minute presentation
