PLANT PATHOLOGY
Plant pathology (also known as phytopathology) is the scientific study of plant diseases cause by pathogen and environmental conditions.
Miles Joseph Berkeley (1 April 1803 – 30 July 1889) was

founders of the science of plant pathology.
BRIEF HISTORICAL ACCOUNT OF PLANT PATHOLOGY
For the past 50 years, the ability to combat plant diseases through the use of modern farm management methods, fertilization of crops, and pest control have made it possible.
