ABOUT US

Madhya Foundation Estd. In 2017 by group of professionals & Intellectuals with a common view of

working for the social welfare of the society, people and country. This Non-Government

Organization focuses on the improvement of the quality of life, primarily in the identified areas

such as Education, Health, Green & Clean India where the society demands and its necessities

by initiating the welfare projects. Every society demands & deserve the best chance of better

livelihood, these triggers as the eye opener to prepare the ground for the foundation of

“Madhye- Mission To Accelerate Development Amongst The Hinterlands Yearning Equality”.

OBJECTIVE

• To create interest within the society for creating self-help group to attain the necessities by themselves

without any dependencies through educational workshops, counselling and awareness.

• To enhance literacy by providing free access to the best books, magazines and eLearning facilities to

anyone who wants to learn.

• To educated the public of their legal rights in areas of education literacy programs.

• To undertake qualitative and quantitative research and analysis work in the areas of social, educational,

environmental and all other allied fields for preparing a well-documented database for the purpose of better

solutions for the cause.

• To form committed volunteers groups and experts to involve themselves in a meaningful way for

improvement in the initiatives.

• To create and promote enlightened public opinion on various issues.

• To encourage, support and assist research and study systems which needs improvements.

• To serve as a think tank, discuss on the issues at various forums for improving the current system of the

society & Country.

• To create awareness in the society for Education, Health & Cleanliness of the environment.

• Our Mission, Vision & Objectives are not limited & confined to the area, where it serves to the interest of the

country.

GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE

The Foundation has been working extensively in different parts of India. We work with grassroots initiatives, state

and district governments, communities and individual from all over the country.

Our organization is tirelessly mobilizing individuals and community for educational, social and economical

empowerment in any parts of India. The organization always strive to work together with local men, women,

boys, girls of slums and rural community and institutions.

As of now, The Foundation has worked in 4 states of India. Our head office is in Delhi.

Madhye Foundation has its well equipped registered office at Vasant Kunj in New Delhi and 3 regional offices:

Two offices in Uttar Pradesh and one office in Bihar,Patna. All offices are equipped with computers, Wi-Fi

internet connection, printers, fax, etc. Largely working for rural belt of India, organization is associated with

training and infield handholding on group based participatory livelihood promotion enterprises. It specializes

in dissemination of rural technologies. Some of its office is engaged in legal empowerment of women along

with economic empowerment.

MESSAGE FROM TRUSTEES

Empowering the underserved communities is not a compliance but a culture at Madhye Foundation. We consistently strive towards

enduring the legacy of giving back to the community. The exemplary vision of ours that “community is the very purpose of an

organization’s existence” serves as a foundation to our Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Our CSR interventions are such that they cater to the needs of every member in the family be it women, children, elderly, youth,

adolescent girls and provide holisticdevelopment to the whole community, in particular underdeveloped Rural Society in India.

Known by the brand name of “SAHAYAK”, a companion, our CSR programs are divided into four pillar- “SUBH KIRAN (women &

youth empowerment), SAATHI (providing support to historically marginalised communities in Rural Areas), SWASTHA JEEVAN

(health services) and SAUR URJA (combating climate change). In view of precipitating innovative solutions to meet the needs of

the community, our CSR team has been branded as the Social Support Group.

A neutral setting to assess the impact of CSR initiatives is paramount to unlearn from the community and to assess the efficacy of the

programs. We facilitated post implementation Survey / Assessments with our highly accredited affiliates having unmatched

experience in social work: Mentored by Prof. Bourai, Principal, ……College Dehradun. The Madhye Foundation has also received

appreciation for establishing Vocational Training Center at Roorkee Cantonment to help Sangeen Sainik Samity in skill-based

training. The renowned Ambuja Cement Foundation voluntarily joined hands to help the farmers in the area in marketing of

Organic Products besides skill training to Army Jawans and their families. Awareness about environment protection through

energy conservation & use of Solar power was also one of the most important objectives in every training program.

We firmly believe that sustainable development cannot be achieved in silos. Partnerships need to strengthen in order to support

communities. This year we plan to get associated with Global Task Force of Foundations, a FICCI Initiative under the aegis of

International Solar Alliance and few Tata Group companies in order to intensify efforts in areas where partnerships can

accelerate progress through Skill development.This communication is an attempt to share our CSR journey and road map ahead

with all our existing & prospective stakeholders with an outlook to gain valuable feedback and future potential partnerships to

create sustainable communities.
