    AutomatedVotinginRiyadhAllSettoStarton13AprilTrainingofElectionOfficersHeld

    ThePhilippineEmbassyinRiyadhwillconductthefirstautomatedelectionsinRiyadhasscheduledafteritreceivedeight(8)PrecinctCountOpticalScan(PCOS)Machines.Italsohosted the training on the Automated Election System (AES) for personnel whowillserveaselectionofficialsduringtheelectionsfrom13Aprilto13May2013.Philippine Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Ezzedin H. Tago, announced that thePhilippineEmbassy inRiyadh is100%readyto conductthe firstautomatedelectionsinRiyadh for the Senatorial and Party-list elections from 13 April to 13 May 2013. ThePhilippine Embassy in Riyadh has received its eight (8) Precinct Count Optical Scan(PCOS) Machines, ballots and other paraphernalia to be used during the automated

    elections.ThePhilippineEmbassyinRiyadhisamong seven (7) foreign servicepoststhatwilladopttheAutomatedElection System (AES) during the2013 Overseas Absentee Voting(OAV)Elections.He invited all registered overseasabsentee voters to exercise theirright tovote.I invite all registeredoverseasabsenteevoterstoexercise
