FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Camp Sets Record With Building Of Playpen

White Plains, NY. April 9, 2014. Mohawk Day Camp is ready to reveal its record-

setting, state-of-the-art “Fun Zone,” a 40’ high, 70’ wide playpen. Campers will be able

to enjoy two years of Mohawk’s hard work. “Fun Zone” will be open for the upcoming

summer, and is safe for children of all ages.

Construction of “Fun Zone” started in June of 2012. Campers who have been

looking forward to the completion of the playpen for two summers will finally get to use

the grounds. Even more special is the fact that those who have moved up from being

campers because of age in the past two years will be allowed to use “Fun Zone” on a date

to be announced.

Camp director Ken Schainman is excited to open up “Fun Zone,” which is

expected to revolutionize Camp Mohawk in a field where competition continues to grow.

Schainman says the playpen was a distant thought only two years ago, but the hard work

of the Schainman family brought the idea to life earlier than expected.

Mohawk Day Camp looks to improve every summer to diminish routine. Campers

have the privilege to see a “new” Mohawk every year and have something to look

forward to. Mohawk offers campers unique opportunities that will enrich their young

lives athletically, culturally and educationally. Mohawk offers numerous sports, arts and

crafts, drama and more. Campers also learn how to participate and have fun while in a

safe, secure and healthy environment.
