Where applicable, the assessor must insert their valid digital tachograph in the relevant part of the vehicle unit (Digital Slot 2). On completion of the assessment, the assessor must obtain a driver print-out for both the driver and the assessor (where applicable), or a copy of an analogue tachograph recording and attach them to this form. SQA may request this practical assessment high level sign off sheet and driver tachograph print-out at any time. Failure to provide these may affect candidate certification.
