HOW DO I ORDER AN ITEM WITH THE RIGHT CONNECTOR?First, select the type of microphone or earpiece that you want. Second, locate yourradio model on the connector chart on page 12.

Examples: If you wanted an Investigator microphone for a XTS 3000 radio, that wouldbe an ‘Investigator-M3’. If you want the popular ‘quick disconnect’ (QD) feature, youwould order the ‘Investigator-QD-M3’.

WHICH EARPIECE DO I NEED FOR MY SPEAKER MICROPHONE?The listen only earpieces are available with long 26” cords to connect directly tothe radio connector or the 3.5mm threaded connector for any Motorola speakermicrophone that has the earpiece port on the radio connector. The earpieces withthe short 14” cords are for speaker microphones that have the port on the actualhead of the microphone.

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY PROGRAM?Yes. Code Red Headsets warrants all products against defects in materials orworkmanship for a period of one year with the exclusion of ear molds, earbuds,and other replacement parts. The warranty will only be invalidated if there is visiblephysical damage to the product. If a product does have a problem, e-mailshipping@EasyToGetWireless.com and we will send a return authorization numberand form to you. Send it in and we will determine why it is not functioning properlyand repair or replace it if it is a manufacturing or design defect.
