of passive resume collection too. Identifying potential candidates and ascertaining their interest in the company. Preliminary interviews and assess candidates. If it requires we invite
candidates and conduct tests. Short listing candidates matching the clients requirements Follow-up of Short listed Candidates. Arranging and conducting final interviews We remain in touch with the candidates till he joins your
organization. We try to ensure minimum no-shows during the interviews and less
