BEST HOSPITALITY TRAINING
HOUSEKEEPING
An efficient and cost effective way to build a workforce and retain employees.
Boston Education, Skills & Training (BEST) runs a six week housekeeping pre-apprenticeship program. Candidates are very interested in the hospitality industry and are carefully vetted by way of multiple interviews, a drug test, language assessment, reference check and more.
Hospitality industry partners helped develop the curriculum, assist with recruitment, assessments and training, and provide hotel tours and job shadowing.
Program graduates continue as housekeeping apprentices once hired at hotels, BEST supports the employer and the associate with ongoing professional development, and coaching, BEST graduates are eligible for 9-12 college credits.
