Design- Highly individualized designs are available to fit your operation’s unique spatial and functional needs. Mezzanines, insulation, passage doors, roll-up doors, windows, bridge cranes, jib cranes and custom painted structural steel are just a few of the features available.
Submittals and Approval- Even the best plans and designs are useless without the necessary approvals. The Agate team utilizes their thorough knowledge of up-to-date building and zoning codes to make sure this step goes quickly and successfully.
Detailing- At this point shop drawings are completed down to the minute details and turned over to the Agate fabrication specialists to begin constructing your building.
Fabrication- Agate maintains a responsive and flexible team allowing for timely fabrication and the ability to work on your schedule. Agate utilizes only the highest quality materials and products. Panel systems are your choice of insulated, corrosion resistant, fiberglass or architectural metal.
Shipping- If you are erecting your own metal building, shipping is an important and often overlooked factor. Based on your needs, Agate will find the most time and cost efficient way of getting your pre-engineered building to you.
Erection- Installation at your jobsite is available on request. From precision concrete work to expert erection you can relax and let Agate take care of it.
