Day 01 There are several arrival points to reach Ipoh:(1) Sultan Azlan Shah Airport – Ipoh. You will be greeted by our driver holding asign with your name and transferred to the resort. The drive is approximately 30minutes.

(2) At Kuala Lumpur International Airport, the drive will be approximately 2.5hours and an opportunity to see the countryside along the North-South Highway.Pass by Tapah, a small town at the foothills of Cameron Highlands.

(3) At Penang International Airport, the drive will be approximately 1.5 hours anden route, visit the Cave Gua Tempurung and one of the beautiful mosques inMalaysia.

If you arrive early, enjoy the various complimentary facilities available. Not to bemissed - enjoy a drink at Jeff ’s Cellar, a really cool bar, located in a natural cavernfull of stalactites and stalagmites. You can also arrange for your dinner to beserved in Jeff ’s Cellar. (Own arrangements)

A GLIMPSE OF KUALA LUMPUR (09:00-13:00)Our tour starts with a photo stop at PETRONAS Twin Towers, which were the tallest buildings in the world until 2004, when the record-breaking Taipei 101 was completed. (visit to the Twin Towers Skybridge is optional and chargeable at additional cost)

Travel to the Dataran Merdeka or Independence Square located right at the heart of the colonial district of Old Kuala Lumpur. The most notable feature of the square is the 95m flag pole, the tallest flag pole in the world. It is marked by a marble plaque located in the southern region of the square. Located in front of the Independence Square, The Sultan Abdul Samad building is among Kuala Lumpur’s earliest Moorish-style building. It is frequently seen as the backdrop for Malaysia’s annual Independence Day parades.

Every great city has a central market, Kuala Lumpur's Central Market located in one of the city’s prominent heritage buildings. It is a fine example of 1930s Art Deco style with a stepped entrance design, unifying elements at the window and doors as well as wrought iron panels. A hub for visitors and their inter -state fellow Malaysians who come to shop for ornaments and trinkets made from their cottage industry and to enjoy great varieties of Malaysian cuisine.

Day 02 Finally, stroll down the streets of Petaling Street (Chinatown). A true blue local experience, allowing guests to soak in the buzz of the city. Discover treasures of the East and enjoy the lively scene of street vendors. One can purchase just about anything and everything, haggling is a must-learn from your guide or personal concierge the art of haggling. Transfer back to the hotel after the tour.

RUSTIC KUALA LUMPUR (09:00-12:00)The Batu Caves were discovered in 1892, situated thirteen kilometers (seven miles) north of the capital city Kuala Lumpur. The limestone forming Batu Caves is said to be about 400 million years old. Some of the caves entrances were used as shelters by the Temuan people, an indigenous tribe knows as the Orang Asli. The Batu caves is the sacred place for the Hindu's in Malaysia. To get to the caves, one has to climb 272 steps, which will lead you to the religious and magnificent Batu Caves.

Visit a Batik Factory to see how local batik is made. It is an art of decorating cloth with wax and dye to create wonderful colours and patterns. It is a very versatile fabric that can be seen with either hand-drawn or printed motifs and available in traditional or contemporary styles. View the wide range of batik items, from pareos, sarongs, shirts and dresses to toys, purse and bags.

Gain fascinating insights into the pewter industry at this centre, home of the world-renowned Royal Selangor pewter. Explore the Chamber of Chimes, Hall of Finishes and many more at the interactive gallery of pewter or join the guided factory tour to see the various stages of pewter processing from casting, soldering to engraving. Day 03 FIREFLIGHT FIREFLIES – “A NIGHT OF THOUSAND STARS” (15:30-22:30)Our drive starts to Kuala Selangor takes approximately 1.5 hours, passing through small towns, kampungs and plantations.

On arrival at Kuala Selangor, visit "Kota Melawati" formerly known as "Fort Altinsburg", the execution block, royal mausoleum and colonial buildings. The hill offers a panoramic view Selangor coast and the Malacca straits. The hilltop is crowned by a lighthouse and tall beautiful shady trees a haven for silvered leaf monkeys and long tail macaques.

At dusk we drive across the bridge over the Selangor River for a seafood dinner at the riverside restaurant while watching the river view sunset at the fishing Village.

For the highlight of the trip, adjourn to the nearby Kampung kuantan, the world’s most promoted firefly colonies. A stream of sampans (wooden boats, non-exclusive) will ferry your guests quietly along the Sungai Selangor to silently listen to the spectacular symphonic harmony of these fireflies while viewing their luminous flashes of light that is truly a magnificent sight to behold. The light show your guests will witness among the massive century-old swamp trees is often referred to as one of the natural wonders of the world. An incredible sighting for every nature lover and a unique experience. Transfer back to the hotel after the tour.

Visit Kerta Gosa an “ancient court of Justice”during the reign of Semarapura King; continue to one of the most beautifulcountryside - the Sidemen Village and see a home industry at work from startto the finish product of the making of Balinese “ikat” from spinning the yarn, tothe dying process using traditional tools. Enchanting Bali continues with visitsto the inner countryside passing by the lush and green Putung village, locatedon the top of the hill, enjoy the spectacular sights of the eastern coast line of Baliwith the back drop of the Indian Ocean. Visit the beautiful Kehen Temple built inthe 11th century. Set in 8 terraces, the temple was also known for its beautifulcarvings surrounding the wall and is believed to be one of the most sacredtemple in the region. We en-route back to the hotel with the last stop at a smallvillage called Panglipuran – wander through the bamboo plantation and be toldof the unique and traditional customs that is in practice to present day by thevillagers .

BALINESE VILLAGE LIFE (08.00 hrs – 16.00 hrs) Discover the simple yet beautiful way of life with a visit to a small village at Mount Batukaru. People in this village are mainly farmers and to this day practice and keep their local traditional and cultural values. Upon arrival at this village, met by a local villager who will share the daily life that goes on in the village. Visit a local school (subject to availability), learn to cook Balinese food. Also learn about the unique irrigation system applied by Balinese farmers as you trek into the rice field. Stop in one of the paddy fields to experience farming and fishing with the farmers. Or, just spend the time on the rice field enjoying the beauty of the nature, with an array of tropical plants grown in this village before heading back to your resort.

BANGKOK CITY TOUR (09:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs)Visit the Royal Grand Palace, the nation’s landmark and most praised royal monument in Thailand. The palace, which is the former royal residence of the Chakri Kings, is the perfect example of an ancient Siamese court. Built in 1782 by the King Rama I, it was the centre of power for more than 150 years. Today the palace is Bangkok's major landmark and visited by locals and visitors.

Note: Photography is permitted in the grounds of Royal Palace and the Emerald Buddha Temple, but not inside the buildings. Proper attire is required if one is to enter the chapel which is a national shrine [no bare shoulders, knees or strapless-heel shoes. Shoes must be removed before entering the temple as a matter of respect.

Visit the Klongs (Canals). In the 19th century Bangkok was laced with canals, giving the capital the designation of the ‘Venice of the East’. Surviving canals as well as the Chao Phraya River itself (meaning the River of Kings) provide memorable vignettes of a traditional waterborne way-of-life that has remained essentially unchanged over the centuries. The river and canals can be explored by public transport or via a traditional long tailed boat. A final stop will be at the Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), this famous Chao Phraya riverbank landmark, is best known for its porcelain encrusted 79-metre central sparkling pagoda. Return to hotel.

PHI PHI ISLAND TOUR (07:40 hrs – 16:00 hrs)This is a “Joint” Seat-in-coach Full Day Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch, joint Speedboat and joint return transfer. A compact visit for those who have limited time to explore the many little bays and hidden coves in this area. 30 minutes by minibus to Boat Lagoon marina, then enjoy a 40 minutes ride by our comfortable speedboat to discover the fantastic landscapes famous of “Maya Bay” where “The Beach” was filmed, Loh Sama Bay, Philey Cove. Lunch will be served at beachside restaurant at popular Tonsai Bay, time at leisure for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.

Tentative itinerary:

07.40 hrs. Pick up from hotel and transfer to pier. Coffee or tea services before boarding.

Day 01 Arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport

Day 02 Breakfast at the hotel

CU CHI TUNNEL TOUR Leave Ho Chi Minh, witness how rice paper is made and explore the amazing labyrinth of tunnels used by the guerrillas during the war.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City for lunch at a local restaurant before taking a half day city sights. Visit War Museum which primarily contains exhibits relating to the American phase of the Vietnam War. Reunification Palace which was the workplace of the President of South Vietnam and was then known as Independence Palace.

Visit Notre Dame Cathedral, the spiritual and cultural crucible of the French presence in the Orient. The General Post Office, with French colonial architecture style. The final stop is at Ben Thanh market where a variety of goods are sold anything from vegetables, cakes, candies, food and foodstuff and lots and lots of Knick knacks and souvenirs.

Day 03 Breakfast at the hotel

MY THOA full day trip to the watery world of the Mekong Delta (My Tho), just a few hours by van from Ho Chi Minh City. My Tho is a prosperous town of 175,000 inhabitants in the Mekong Delta famous for its extensive orchards and immense rice fields.

Cruise the Mekong River to visit islands. Visit the coconut candy workshop and taste fresh candy a specialty of the Vietnamese . Sample a range of tropical fruits, drink honey tea & listen to Southern traditional music during the cruise.

Board small boats to discover a natural canal of Ben Tre province. Take a short walk in the coconut farm and visit a typical house in Mekong Delta. Back to big boat by rowing boat on small canal. Lunch at garden restaurant. Before returning to Ho Chi Minh visit Vinh Trang Pagoda.

Enjoy dinner with traditional music show at the restaurant.

Afternoon, visit the World Heritage of Angkor Wat Temple – one of the “SevenWonders of the World”. It is the most well-preserved temples among the Angkormonuments, well-known for its magnificent and detailed relief of theconstruction, also is the world’s largest temples. Angkor Wat features thelongest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallerywalls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Continue to climb up BakhengHill (Subject to space availability, maximum 300 Pax per time) for a sunsetviewing on the top of the hill. Bakheng is the first major temple to beconstructed in the Angkor area; this temple-mountain offers extraordinaryviews of the Tonle Sap and Angkor Wat.
