Page 10: Pre- Week Schedule 12-13

Referral Forms Two referral forms will be used this

year. One is for DOCUMENTATION of a

problem in the classroom—minor offenses handled by team or teacher.

Two is for more serious infractions that may result in an ISS or Suspension. With the exception of Flagrant infractions, we need the team to meet with the student and parent before referral is worked.

PARENT CONTACT

No student can be out of school suspended without TALKING with a parent. This is a non-negotiable. There is no getting around this. If a parent cannot be reached, the child will go to ISS.

PLEASE CALL PARENTS before a suspension is needed.
