Performance Power Curve Guarantee.
We agree for Performance test to be conducted only after the requisite stabilization period
of WTG viz 45 days after commissioning.
The Tender calls for unconditional Power Curve Generation Guarantee (PCGG) where
shortfall would be levied in excess of the actual revenue loss are not in line with theprevailing practices in the industry.
Hence, we agree to offer that the machine performance would be verified against the
Certified Power Curve by carrying out a one time test for 1-2 months in the first year of
operation as per the Procedure being submitted herewith only. Please note that the same is
successfully undertaken in other government tenders under C-WET guidance/ supervision.
Once the Power Curve is proved only Guarantee of Machine availability would be
applicable.
The loss of estimated Generation due to grid unavailability, Load Shedding, mandatory O &
M and force Majeure reasons etc in proportion to the actual wind speeds would be reduced
from total estimated generation to be considered while evaluating shortfall.
Hence, the permanent wind mast and all allied accessories and soft wares asked in tender
are requested to be deleted from the scope of the tender.
