The three tool dispensing systems TM 326, TM 426 and TM 526 offer flexible possibilities for made-to-measure tool storage. According to requirements and size of company there is a choice of various degrees of automation. Individual dispensing possibilities such as drawers or spiral systems are available options. The Hartner tool dispensing system can be individually adapted to the requirements of the customer and the need of the business. Subsequently, the customer utilises the possibilities optimally! On request Hartner TM tool dispensing systems can send regular reports to the material management, purchasing and controlling departments as well as to the management and the tool management.

Hartner’s TM software structured design fully automates the ordering procedure as well as delivery planning and re-grind services. This guarantees an optimal and on-time supply of all production relevant material and tools for production.

The software can be linked to all material management and IT systems. Furthermore, there is the possibility of controlling and managing third party systems such as paternoster or lift systems. By integrating the software in the existing infrastructure access is also possible at any time by the planning, manufacturing and purchasing departments.

It allows a quick, simple and intuitive operation via the integrated touch screen or an external reading device. At the same time it documents all relevant stock movement data, triggers ordering suggestions and enables evaluation and analysis of various criteria. This comprehensive and detailed reporting offers the highest possible transparency of your tool stock plus consumption and also accurate cost allocation.

In addition, interfaces enable linking to the most diverse material management systems as well as online connection to your suppliers through automated ordering processes.

The Hartner tool dispensing system TM 326 is an electronically controlled, modular extendable system with all functionalities of the Hartner Tool Management Software. Electronically locked drawers enable controlled withdrawal. The height and compartment material of the drawers can be adapted to customer requirements.
