Metal Applications

As an integral part of the Diehl Group, Diehl Metal Applications

produces sophisticated precision stamping parts at its locations

in Berlin, Besançon and Zehdenick on approx. 70 stamping

machines.

Upon request, we deliver our precision stamping parts on coils,

free-falling or bandoleered – just-in-time.

The product spectrum includes stamping parts with contact

rivets, insulation displacement contacts and contact parts with

press-fit zones.

Laser welding, thread forming, the application of welds or the

integration of joining and assembly processes as well as

deflaking and cleaning are included inline in the stamping

process when necessary.

All precision stamping parts may also be supplied with full or

partial electroplating, which we carry out in-house.

and delivery reliability.

Tool & Stamping Center

The tool & stamping center is equipped with various state-of-

the-art machines and profits from our long-standing experience

in manufacturing sophisticated tool and fixture concepts.

Thus we can generate optimum process and product develop-

ment at any time, enabling us to provide small pilot quantities,

prototypes and large-volume serial production in an economic way.

Research & Development

To achieve precision, production reliability and speed in stamping

technology, optimum collaboration between product develop-

ment and the die shop is necessary. Brief development times

and a high level of innovation dynamics assist in providing our

customers and partners with prototypes and small batches in a

timely manner.
