Step

1. Receiving the 24 Karat Bullion.

2. Mixed with alloys

3. Melted at approx. 1150 degree

Celsius in furnaces.

4. It cool and harden into strips of

desired purity.

5. Quality Control is done to check

purity level.

wires, plates, pipes & collets are

made etc.

7. Thinner wires are drawn as per

requirement.

8. The designing department gives

the designs to the manufacturing

department

9. Designers sit with the

manufacturing department to

discuss finalized designs
