Prefabricated  house  assembly  is  simpler  than  assembling  a  puzzle.    The  job  is  to  put  the  home  or  building  components  together  that  been  pre-­‐arranged  and  numbered  at  the  factory.    

Construc<on  is  done  in  a  systema<c  method  making  it  possible  to  have  both  short  construc<on  <me  and  cost-­‐efficiency  without  drying  <mes.

Light  gauge  steel  frames  are  subsequently  formed  into  C-­‐sec<on  for  stud  and  U-­‐sec<on  for  track.

The  conven<onal  method  of  building  a  house  is  to  transport  bricks,  <mber,    cement,  sand,  steel  and  construc<on  aggregate,  etc.  to  the  site,  and  to  construct  the  house  on  site  from  these  materials.

In  prefabricated  construc1on,  only  the  founda1ons  are  constructed  in  this  way,  by  conven1onal  method,  while  sec1ons  of  walls,  floors  and  roofs  are  prefabricated    in  a  factory  with  window  and  door  frames  included,  transported  to  the  site,  li:ed  into  place  and  assembled  together.

End  results  are  shorter  construc<on  <me,  savings  on  the  materials,  fewer  trips  by  construc<on  trucks  to  the  site  and  less  disturbance  to  the  neighborhood.
