1Members who wish to obtain payment processing services from Chase Paymentech must submit an application. All applications are subject to Chase Paymentech’s standard approval policies and procedures, including without limitation credit approval and entering into a Merchant Agreement with Chase Paymentech that includes a detailed pricing schedule. Certain conditions apply. Applicants must be an approved Retail Council of Canada member in good standing. Rates in this document are subject to change. For all rates not set out herein, Chase Paymentech standard rates apply. Offer is not available to members who process more than $3 Million in annual credit card volume. Chase Paymentech reserves the right to determine which members are eligible and is under no obligation to deem a member eligible. *Your eligibility for a particular Industry Specific Program and Target Qualification Level is dependent on the nature of your business as determined by Visa and MasterCard. This Merchant Discount Rate (“MDR”) applies to transactions that qualify at or below your assigned Target Qualification Level (“Qualified Transactions”). For all other transactions (“Non-Qualified Transactions”), you will be charged the MDR, the difference in interchange (if interchange is higher) for processing the Non-Qualified Transaction and a Non-Qualified Transaction Processing Fee of 0.31%. Other fees apply to all transactions, including Visa and MasterCard assessment fees, all of which will be set out in the Merchant Agreement.
