The purpose of this proposal is to provide an effective program for local youths. Premier Fight Club was established through the background of boxing but strives to make an impact on the community and provide a facility that youth, teens, and adults can attend together to bond through fitness, “Goal-Oriented” training, and boxing. Boxing is the passion of the head trainers who want to teach the sport of boxing and empower youths to pursue their dreams.

As one considers the outcome that boxing has had on our head trainers lives, it is safe to say that it saved both of them. Since opening Premier Fight Club we have already changed or redirected many kids/youths lives through boxing and fitness. From just providing a place for youths to go instead of being on the streets with nothing but idle time, we will make an impact. To continue providing the best quality mentorship and coaching there are many things we will need. We have been working with the bare minimum and damaged equipment and gear. We are looking to establish and provide actual “outcome measurements” in the surrounding communities and reach out to the areas who need it the most.

We have recently achieved non profit 501(c)3 status and are in need of sponsors to keep the program going and ensure that the highest quality mentoring continues. There is a leak in the roof that needs to be repaired, we have been working on the roof since March 2015 and stopped the leaks for the time being but there are some other areas that need addressed. We will need equipment and gear for everyone, what we have now is not enough and not in good condition. We need windows repaired and installed. There is a bathroom on the floor below but we will need a bathroom/locker room in the gym. For the youths who do not have the means to get to the gym we would like to provide transportation in an after school style program where dinners will be provided. We also need help with insurance, rent and utilities.

Our proposal is for the purchase of any or all of the above stated items. This would ensure that we will have everything we need to continue to provide the best quality training and mentoring.

To Whom It May Concern,

In 2015 we made great progress but still have a long way to go to reach our goals. Looking forward to 2016 the mission will stay the same, “to provide a positive environment and program for youths, teens, and adults to bond through goal-oriented training and fitness”. We also want to be able to provide transportation for the youths and families who have no means to travel to the gym. Another priority for 2016 is to be able to provide “scholarships” for low income families who can’t afford equipment or membership.

Our activities are supported by raising funds to help pay for items such as annual licensing fees, insurance, buying protective equipment & uniforms and pay for the rental of the facility. We are always looking to upgrade the program to provide the best quality program possible.

We are a 501(c) (3) organization recognized and registered with the Internal Revenue Service and, therefore, contributions made to our organization are tax deductible for Federal tax purposes.

The United Way of Beaver County Endorses and Supports the Premier Youth Program

Please fill out this United Way form which is for employers/companies who are not willing to donate a lump sum. They can donate a set dollar amount of their choosing to be removed from payroll checks, contribution funds, or donation allocations per pay period. One dollar per pay period, per employee will go a long way towards the program. This is a great option if you are willing to support our youth program.
