de-active call forwarding service.
2. No refund of uNo refund of uNo refund of uNo refund of unusednusednusednused roaming balanceroaming balanceroaming balanceroaming balance at disable stateat disable stateat disable stateat disable state:::: In the case, the local account
reaches the disable state i.e. primary taka account balance validity expires and exceeds
another 3 months with SIM being not-active, any unused balance of roaming will be
exhausted with the primary taka balance and no refunds can be made.
Also any remaining balance in roaming will not be transferable to primary account and
vice-versa.
3. SIM lostSIM lostSIM lostSIM lost/change/change/change/change directive:directive:directive:directive: If the SIM has been changed (theft, lost, damage, any reasons)
it has to be notified at the Robi Customer Care Centre that prepaid roaming subscription
was activated against the lost SIM. In that case, Customer Care agent will activate
roaming service in the replacement SIM card. Without this notification roaming cannot be
made available in the new SIM.
