HOW TO Prepare your user for work with AME
1. Create User for yourself, and Assign Responsibilities: a. Approvals Management Business Analyst b. Approvals Management Administrator
If tried at this stage to use the responsibilities, system will not accept as you do
not have privileges to access these responsibilities.
2. login as sysadmin
3. choose users management responsibility
4. choose Users function

5. search for your username and click on update icon
6. click on assign roles button

7. choose search by roles and type Approval% 8. select all the results, and click select button
9. fill the justification fields and click Apply button
10. You may get a warning like this:
This just telling that your changes will not take effect till Workflow Background
Engine process started, normally it is scheduled process to run every few minutes, anyway if your changes did not take effect after time please send this
message to your DBA.

11. login as normal user (any user with responsibility functional administrator) 12. select functional administrator responsibility
13. choose Security Tab 14. click on Create Grant
15. type Grant Name (any name) 16. Grant type = Specific User 17. Object = AME Transaction Type

18. Click Next Button then Click Next Button Again in the next page. 19. Set = AME Calling Applications
20. Click Next Button
21. Click Finish Button, and you will get confirmation message like this:
22. Now you can login with AME_USER and use AME responsibilities.
