• Field Test Administrator Manuals available– One for paper-based field testing and one for

computer-based field testing– Posted on PearsonAccess (in front of the logon),

select Support, then Manuals and Documents– Paper copies will be provided for both paper-

based and computer-based field testing– Additional training modules for test coordinators

and test administrators will be posted soon.

• Changes to the publically available HS Sample Item set– Availability of the TI-84+ online graphing calculator

for the sample items has been removed from the public sample items.

PAPER-BASED PARCC Field Testing

• Spring Break/Delivery Survey– The PBA Delivery Window (week of March 17)

conflicts with Spring Break for many AZ Districts– Pearson will work with UPS so that delivery

attempts are not made while the district is closed– ADE sent a survey out to all PARCC Test

Coordinators with one or more schools included in paper-based PBA testing

• SystemCheck Update– Updated on January 17– Schools that used the SystemCheck Tool testing

capacity function prior to January 17 should re-run

• Infrastructure Trial Update– If you are ready to do an infrastructure trial now,

use the Infrastructure Trial Grades 6-8 Form.– This form includes a video. It most closely matches

a real PARCC Field Test for load and capacity testing purposes.
