GENERAL INFORMATION For information on cancellations, filled camps, financial assistance & accommodations for children with disabilities, visit our website at www.howardcountymd.gov/RAP.

SNACKS & LUNCH Campers should bring a beverage & snack to 1/2 day programs; & bring a lunch & beverage to full day programs. Snacks & lunches should be nut-free. Refrigeration is not available.

CAMPER FORMS Campers must have a completed Participant Information Form to attend camp. Forms are available at www.howardcountymd.gov/camps.htm.

REFUND POLICY We recognize that you may wish to withdraw from a camp for a variety of reasons, but we encourage early decisions so as to not inconvenience other participants or affect our ability to efficiently deliver activities. Customers requesting a refund prior to two weeks before the camp starts will be given a full refund. Refunds requested within two weeks of the camp starting date will be charged a 20% administrative fee. Additional fees may be assessed to recover costs (shirts, supplies, equipment, etc.) associated with the program. There are no refunds given for missed camp days. Refund policies for licensed child care and therapeutic camps can be found online at www.howardcountymd.gov/RAP.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE / SCHOLARSHIP FUND Limited assistance is provided to those Howard County residents who qualify. Funds are limited. A 25% deposit of the program fee is required at least one month prior to start date, with the application/registration form. Call 410-313-4659 for more info.
