    should worry the most is:-

    to handle all U.S payroll , HR call-center

    management and information systems

    Prudential should turning to the self-service application to empower

    customer and employees and cut downon administrative costs.

    Prudential should worry about the

    allocation of budget if the outsourceemployees over the budget stated by

    employer. They do not follow theinstruction from employers.

    Prudential should worry about Exult if they do not

    follows the requirement that been set by Prudentialaccording to their vision, mission, and objective.

    Next, about the requirement of new employees

    that do not follow and not synchronize with thevision and mission set by Prudential.

    Outsourcing means :-

    Contracting outside the organization to have workdone that formerly was done by internalemployees.

    ulfill the company requirement. Since the agreement between Exult and Prudential isfor 10 years time, Exult must ensure that they hasfulfilled the company requirement. For instance, as ahuman resource outsourcer, Exult is required tocomplete the transition of the core administrativeand transactional HR processes. Thus, within 10 years,Exult must try to achieve the goals positively throughthe Exult Service Delivery Model (ESDM) include,payroll services, employee data and recordsmanagement, health and welfare benefits delivery,contact centre services, accounts payable, trainingadministration, talent acquisition/recruiting, and HR

    applications development and support. The ExultService Delivery Model is designed to reduce costsand improve service to employees through self-service and streamlined HR processes.

    Use technologies to keep in touch with

    the company. With the advancement of technology, the

    interaction between these two companies

    will be more easier. By using the Internet,

    Exult can easily interact and get in touchwith Prudential. They can also share someideas and any problems or inquiries can beforwarded through emails and social

    networking websites such asFacebook andTwitter. Other than that, both companies

    can use video conferencing method fromtime to time.

    Create a good public relations with the

    company. As an outsourcer, Exult must create a good

    public relations (PR) with Prudential in order

    to maintain a good relationship between

    them. For instance, Exult need to follow upwith Prudential regularly to ensure that theyare satisfy with the service delivered. Otherthan that, Exult must always be proactive in

    idea generation and responsive in crisis. Exultmust noted the client satisfaction as their highest priority.
