Goals for 2018-20202. Development of a distributed reference network with international participation• RUDN University provides the equipment for the Laboratory of Advanced
Research in Wireless 5G Networks & Internet of Things as the basis of reference network.
• High-tech companies and universities will be involved into research activities: YL-Verkot Oy (Finland), Bonch-Bruevich Saint-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications (Russia), Brno University of Technology (Czech Republic)
• The results of research will be targeted on the complex solutions for developing of the digital economy of a megacity. The State-financed enterprise “Information City” (IT Department of Moscow Government) expressed its interests towards the project results. For testing and demonstration of 5G technologies, testbed sites will be provided by Moscow city.

Objectives for 2018-20203. Approbation and marketing of project results• On the basis of the RUDN University, the 10th International Congress on
Ultra Modern Telecommunications and Control Systems ICUMT-2018will be held.
• 5G Summit R&D Russia will be held annually on the basis of the RUDN University. The first Summit was held on June 19-20, 2017.
• The results of the project will be presented annually in at least 3 international conferences co-organized by the Applied Mathematics & Communications Technology Institute of the RUDN University, with the publication of papers indexed in WoS / Scopus.
• The results of the project with the support of partners will be presented at the stands of the International Exhibition for Information and Communication Technology (SVIAZ) in Moscow.
