With RAPID LE the police conduct
investigations on stolen articles leveraging a
national data base where police
everywhere enter information on
stolen property. CONFIDENTIAL

Pawnshops, Recyclers, Secondhand Stores, Used Cell Phones Vendors and
merchants that buy and sell metal, share information in one of three ways:
1. Paper contracts mailed or fax’d and manually entered by police
2. Exported files that come from existing Point-of-Sale “POS”

01 SERVERSPresto will work with the Police/BSP and a local vendor to install and maintain servers, we will train and support
02 SOFTWARE FOR POLICE/BSP
Discounts are provided for increasing numbers of stores reporting to the system. A down payment of 50% will be due upon signing.
03 SOFTWARE FOR BUSINESSES
Pawnshops and other retailers will license our POS or pay a small fee to load data to the Rapid LE system
