Personalized Motivation in Dementia Management through Detection of Behavior Patterns

Technologies for Health and Well-being (TSB) is a group of excellence from the Institute for the Applications of Advanced Information and Communication Technologies (ITACA), dedicated to research and development of new ICT applications, focused on human health, quality of life and social services
eMOTIVA aims the integration and deployment of the required infrastructure for monitoring and motivating people with dementia in nursing homes. The infrastructure will detect behavior patterns, such as those associated with potential disorders, and also provide mechanisms for personalized motivation.
