Key technical elementsAnother music video which shares some key technical elements which we would like to include in our music video is Swedish House Mafia-One.

We think the club setting and lighting will be used in our video. By using backlighting we can create silhouettes which will create the star persona.

Target audience and star brandingOur star persona is based upon a stereotypical rich RnB star for example R-Kelly or Usher. We will get this across in our star by dressing our actor like R- Kelly as well as identifying certain mannerisms that we take from other stars.

Therefore our target audience will be between the ages of 15-25 and will look to emulate RnB stars “live fast, die young” lifestyle.

Outline for our music videoWe will start by filming one long track of our star mouthing the lyrics of the song. We will film it in a studio setting which will either be filmed using a green screen, or shot on a dark background with flashing lights and spot lights. We will then go on to film a series of different shots, featuring the love interest which is talked about in the song. These shots will be similar to that of the shots in the video ‘Same Girl.’ Along with these clips we will also feature different shots in different locations which relate with the song
