INTRODUCTION
Ikea is a company that design and sell furniture ,appliances, home accessories to society. It was a Swedish Company and Registered in Netherlands founded by ingvar kamprad in 1943.Ikea is the company with stores all over the world.
Early 1990,Ikea has adopted Natural Steps (TNS) framework as the basic structure to implement it environment policy and plan.
By using TNS principle and system,ikea had made a plenty of changes towards it product and services.
This case shown many result of the changes, along with the issues and events that lead IKEA to adopting the TNS Framework and formulating an environmental plan.
Ikea is innovative strategy was to design furniture that is environmental friendly.
From the beginning, the ikea is desire to integrate social value into bussiness practice that has impact on the ikea's vision.
From the research,Ikea has more than 590 million visitor per year to it stores all over the world.
It shows that ikea is main marketing channel is its catalogue that is distributed world-wide as 191 million copies about 56 different editions.
The IKEA concept is based on their market positioning statement “Your partner in better living. We do our part, you do yours. Together we save money”
It focuses on a commitment to product design, consumer value and clever solutions.
By using such concept ikea offered such an affordable price to consumer.

In order to reach the goals, human resources co-workers help IKEA managers to train and develop skill of the other co-workers such the non-managerial employees. This is because to make sure they have enough staff and workers.

Assist with accounting functions, making sure that all invoices are properly coded, entered into the system and paid on time.
Payroll Support
This people helps IKEA to achieve the objective by making sure all the co-workers do their work passionately. For instance, the paycheck has to be processed and delivered on time, paperwork must be maintained in order and etc.
Store Control
This co-workers together with the store management responsibility to attain financial goals and also make sure profitability. They also involve in setting financial goal to create a better shopping experience.
Maintenance and Safety
They not only to make sure the safety environment in the IKEA but they also has to be responsible to ensure the cleanness and convenience environment around IKEA.
