Surveillance Issues

•Surveillance Indexes of our district are well above average and we are good performing as compared with previous year.•Total AFP cases reported in district are around 54 in 8 months. •Investigation by MO=2,Nodal=36,SMO=9.•100% case investigation by Trained MOs.•Sensitisation is done by DIO also.

Minutes of DTF June 13 RoundDiscussed on the following Points in DM chairmanship.

•High Remaining Convertible Blocks are Chopan and Ghorawal.

•Total X to P Conversion is High in Myorpur (64.72%) and less in Chopan(45.71%)

•% False P is High in Myorpur(4.32%).•New Born coverage poor in kakrahi, Ghorawal & Chatara.•New Born tracking poor- Myorpur, Chatara.

Summary of DTF Sep 13 Round

•High Remaining Convertible Blocks are Chopan and Myorpur.

•Total X to P Conversion is High in Nagawa (58.03%) and less in Chopan(32.78%)

•% False P is High in Babhani(2.86%).•New Born coverage poor in Robertsganj, Ghorawal & Chatara.•New Born tracking poor- Chopan, nagawa

•Rate of conversion of XH is less in Chopan(73.64)
