Cylindrical tube heaters with flue gas upper extraction, and wall–mounted radiant coil pipes.Combined burners are arranged in the heater bed.
Heaters are intended for high-temperature heating of oil or oil products during refining. If required, heaters can heat hydrocarbon gases, water, inert gas and other media.

OIL TREATMENT PLANTS
Skid-mounted automatic oil treatment plant UPPN-М is intended for efficient heating, oil dehydration and desalting, and product oil treatment.Plant UPPN-М with additional desalting section fully replaces and even surpasses the counterparts of key foreign manufacturers in its performance and operability (e.g. horizontal three-phase separators of the “Heater-treater” type). Simplification of the oil treatment processing route; Resource saving; Cost reduction for facility arrangement (smaller size of
production site, etc.); Purchase and mounting of only one multiple-function
plant; Reduction in manning level; Labour content reduction in collection, processing, and
transfer of process status data.Total costs of UPPN-М purchase and operation are minimum as compared to an equipment package or a plant ofthe “Heater-treater” type with the higher qualityof oil treatment.
Mobile platformsof well stimulation
Mobile platform for surveying and stimulation of oil and gas and gas condensate wells
It is intended for automatic metering of producing wells output at different pressure, fluid separation with further tank-truck loading and associated gas recovery (flaring). Well production after metering is gathered both into the field gathering system and into the own independent oil and water gathering system with further tank-truck removal. Associated gas utilization is provided for in the gathering system or to flaring.
It is possible to use gas as fuel for oil heaters and gas power stations.

The unit is intended for utilization of flowstream got
during different types of work, e.g. testing, studying, working at
different modes, etc.This unit is required to be used
with no infrastructure and processing facilities in proximity
to the work area.
Unit features:
Individual design as per parameters required by the Customer; Mobility; Wide range of productivity (up to 1,000 m3/day), which ensures possible use of the unit in different fields; Used in unpowered fields; In unit design state-of-the-art technologies are used to measure production rates and account the data got; Utilization of flowstream is performed at state-of-the-art smokeless flares.

Piped End Phase Splitter PEPS
Piped End Phase Splitter (PEPS)
It is intended for preliminary disposal of produced water.PEPS design is developed individually according to design premises given by the Customer.High efficiency of oil-gas-water mixture separation is obtained due to the solutions as follows: mounting of the slug catcher ensures emulsion
fluid separation just at the unit inlet, coalescent nozzles for additional water
separation from oil residues and mechanical impurities,
use of state-of-the-art methods of calculation; it lets develop the unit taking into account the medium corrosion activity as well as additional strength characteristic requests of the Customer.
System for Measuring Water Quantity SMWQ (hereinafter SMWQ). It is intended for measuring volume and volume flow rate of produced water in order to perform real-time accounting of the fluid quantity dumped from PEPS to the buffer.
