FOLLOW-UP ACTION

Write through MEA to High Commissioner of India, London. Consul General of India – Houston, Vancouver & Dubai Follow-up with companies and persuade them to visit data room

In case additional information / clarification is required by companies, they may be directed to contact MOP&NG / DGH

If any company interested that a presentation may be made to their Management / Board by Experts, MOP&NG / DGH may be inform immediately for making necessary arrangements

CII Pursue with foreign companies through their offices abroad and also to follow-up

with Indian PSUs / Pvt. Companies to visit data rooms and give periodic feed back to MOP&NG / DGH

Organise a meeting on 7th March, 2005 to provide a platform to foreign & Indian companies for interaction and to form strategic alliance

DGH Compile periodic progress report of physical data room / online data viewing status

and submit to MOP&NG on weekly basis

FOLLOW-UP ACTION

Sent e-mail to over 40 companies for online data viewing and booking the physical data rooms set-up at

DGH officer is being deputed to Houston to make presentation in special event on INDIA’S ENERGY FUTURE : GOING GLOBAL in CERA Week 2005 conference

Whenever technical team from major E&P companies will visit DGH data room abroad, senior level DGH officer will be deputed to interact with them

A meeting will be organised with prominent E&P companies who have viewed the NELP-V data

Presentation to M/s Petrobras will be made at Brazil as a follow-up of meeting with them at London
