Q. What qualifying questions to ask a doctor to determine if theyre a good fit for an intraoral camera, if theyre not usingone already?

A. Hi Doctor, are you digital? If yes, great, our cameras directly integrate with any imaging software. Furthermore, the Polaroid Intraoral Camera is a fraction of the price of other name brand intraoral cameras. If the doc is not already digital, Polaroid provides complimentary imaging software.

Q. What is the biggest conversation starter?

A. Our wireless camera. Polaroid offers the only HD Wireless camera on the market and our price point is very competitive.

Selling Tips:

Q. What types of probing questions do you ask to see if they are a fit for the Polaroid Intraoral Cameras?

A. Ask them what kind of camera they are using. If they are using DexCam, IRIS DigiDoc or Claris we let them know that if they need a backup, we are about the price point and we also have a wireless HD option which other brands do not have.If they are currently using or if they are shopping for a $150 E-bay Chinese made camera (MouthWatch or something similar), then they are not a good fit for Polaroid. If they are seriously shopping for a higher end name brand camera like Digidoc, Claris, Dexcam, Sopro, Schick, etc. then they are a very good fit for our camera.

Selling Tips Continued:

Q. What are the typical objections to intraoral cameras and how do you overcome them?

A. The most common objection from dentists that currently arent using intraoral cameras is, they think that an intraoral camera is too expensive. It is proven that case acceptance increases by 70% when a practice incorporates an intraoral camera. Intraoral Cameras are an excellent tool for patient education, case presentation, and ultimately, case acceptance. Hygienists use intraoral cameras all of the time to sell procedures and doctors notice that the better the intraoral camera image, the more revenue their practice will earn from case acceptance. A happy hygienist means a happy doctor and hygienists LOVE intraoral cameras. Selling Tips Continued:

Q. What are the typical objections to intraoral cameras and how do you overcome them?A. Additionally, if it is a smaller practice and the doctor is doing his own hygiene procedures, he will also appreciate the money-making ability of his high quality intraoral camera.
