Importance to the British Army
The Infantry are most probably the important regiment in the entire Army. Theinfantry are the backbone of the British Army . Without Infantry, the British Army wouldn’t be able to engage in any conflicts as its the Infantry soldiers that
are fighting against the opposition throughout the conflict. They gain territory'sand strongholds of the opposition and without that the British Army would gainany advantages on their enemy.
Infantry over the best support/cover to any of the other regiments and canoperate at anytime.
Every soldier in every regiment is trained to be an Infantry soldier first so without
them no other units will be able to operate effectively as none of the soldier would be Combat trained.
