o A billing dispute regarding fee charged based on the client’s
home sale proceeds which is different from assets disclosed by
the client initially

o Resolution: Notice Issued – No Relief
4. Dispute on Refund Provisions: 05/1/2017
o A dispute regarding the refund provisions. Client thinks the
refund provisions in the contract that was signed in 2012
should be allowed to be retroactive since the refund provisions
of the contract have been amended later pursuant to the
Florida Statutes.
o Status: Closed
o Resolution: Company’s position was explained.

5. Claim Dispute: 05/08/2017
o The parties have been unable to resolve their dispute relating to
interpretation of a provision of the Residential Agreement.

o Solution: A mediation request will need to be submitted and a
mediation will be conducted in accordance with the Rule 690-
193.062, Florida Administrative Code.
