Major Requirements gathered during feedback
1. Graphics– Thumbnails images in news and events channels
2. Headline – Generate headline through template and workflow to allow
creation of corporate headline by any SBU – Specific Channel for Headline per SBU
3. Use of LDAP for display of news/events– Use the LDAP to force users to not deselect news or events
from specific channel (e.g. native SBU, Administrative reform)
4. New channel– Create a new channel per SBU (work for staff) for links/services
related this specific SBU
5. External RSS feeds– Allow a user to define external RSS feeds

Recommendation made at CSAWG
• Approve budget of 40 KEURO in 2006 to improve myORBITE after launch– To jeopardize risks that staff will wrongly
personalize the system– To adapt myORBITe in order to make
myORBITE a tool for staff to work (requirements 2, 3, 4, 5)
• CSAWG will support this recommendation to CISC on 19 June
