COFELY in Italy: Energy Services ReferencesMunicipality of Milan• management of the energy service of 557 municipal buildings of Milan, including museums,
theaters, places of worship, offices and schools and energy requalification of 50 of them. Among these, the theatre of the Arcimboldi, the Castle Sforzesco and the municipal building of Pirelli Street;
• adoption of polyvalent heat pumps at high efficiency, installation of solar panels and 23,000 thermostatic valves;
• result is a saving of 1,877 TOE and 5,500 tons less CO2 in atmosphere;
University Hospital of Verona• energy management and optimisation project of the plant technology mix for the General Hospital
Maggiore of Borgo Trento in Verona and the New Surgical Centre Confortini;• 48 operating rooms and 1,500 beds in total; • Cofely manages a cutting-edge pool system with multiple and interchangeable energy carriers
which ensure safe and efficient ideal conditions of temperature, humidity, air turnover and quality: two cogeneration plants for 700,000 heated m3 and 530,000 air- conditioned m3.
Policlino Umberto I Hospital -Rome• complete plant management and redevelopment of 59 buildings including hospital centres, offices
and educational facilities, spread over 30 acres in the heart of the city. The redevelopment involves the entire plant pool (50 thermal power stations and 220 refrigeration units) ;
• guarantees the General Hospital enjoys an annual energy saving of approximately 1,000 TOE (tonnes of oil equivalent) and a reduction of atmospheric emissions of 2,400 tons of CO2.

COFELY in Italy: Cogeneration References
Michelin• design, realization and management of a cogeneration plant for the industrial complex of Cuneo:
• 48 Mwe electric power ;• 76 tons/h maximum thermal power ;
• annual thermal production of 240.000 MWh and the electrical production of 330.000 MWh;• thermal storage system to guarantee the continuity of the vapor, able to provide all the electricity
and thermal energy necessary to the industrial complex;• annual saving of 13.600 TOE (tons of oil equivalent) of energy and a reduction of 18,3% of the
emission of CO2, as well as a decrease of the energy consumption of 15%.
Alcantara• design, realization and management of a cogeneration plant for the factory in Nera Montoro
(Terni) :• 6,5 MWe electric power;• 42 MW thermal power ;
• coverage of the energy requirements of the factory;• benefits for the customer and for the environment: reduction of energy consumption of more than
4,200 TOE and reducing of the polluting emissions of approximately 11,000 tons per year.
