team of people with over ten-years’ experience to develop each other’s specific skills and answer the needs of every customer.

EOL offers a wide range of services: airfreight, seafreight with FCL containers and LCL service, European and domestic land transport. Tracking

Online service is always available for any Customer requiring it.

EOL is a member of TAPA and a Regulated Agent certified by ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority) and in EU database of R.A..

All shipments we handle are covered by insurance policy guarantee against errors, omissions, liability.

AIR FREIGHT

Over the years, we have built a strong operative air freight network around the world and today we are proud to say that we are specialists in this

field and in all its related services.

Our skills and abilities are:

• Exclusive cooperation with globally recognised Carriers, with allocated spaces, competitive and fixed rates throughout the year, also in peak

seasons.

• Capability to find out always the best solution to satisfy our clients’ needs: providing us basic information, such as goods readiness date and

requested delivery date at destination, we will be able to suggest the best logistics solution as direct air freight (faster solution but more

expensive), or deferred (less expensive with longer transit time).

• Mainly use of Unit Load Devices (ULDs) reducing significantly the risk of damages and saving your time and expenses. All our freight stations

have trained and qualified personnel, proper structures and proper transportation service ULDs dedicated.

• Security service for air cargo available in our warehouses by proper security methods as certified by ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority)

under EU regulations

• Clear and prompt Communication: shipment status can be checked whenever by entering our tracking system.

• Direct relationship with our air freight staff. They will look after your shipment and will always be available for any question or request.

SEA FREIGHT

Sea freight service is a profitable logistic option. As for the air freight service, our sea freight experienced staff is available in order to find the best

solution in terms of delivery date and price for the commodity you want to ship.

Our long-standing experience has allowed us to establish agreements with most of the shipping companies. Our strength is to be present in all the

main ports around the world. Even the furthest destination, with us, is reachable in the fastest way.

Our sea freight solutions are:

• Lcl (Less than Container Load): imports and exports

• Fcl (Full Container Load): imports and exports

• Lcl – Fcl: various shipments consolidated then shipped and

delivered as Fcl

• Fcl – Lcl: cargo loaded at the customer’s location and released

from customs for collection or delivery to multiple consignees at

the destination.

ROAD TRANSPORT

In addition to air freight and sea freight services we also offer a European and domestic road transportation with competitive rates. We will keep

RAILWAY TRANSPORT

On request, we offer railway transport service. We don’t exclude any means of transport.

Our attitude is to find out the best solution for our customers’ needs.Faster than sea freight and cheaper than air freight or truck service, railway

transport is an effective alternative that could fix your requests.

Our railway transport assets are:

• Considering all available routes, even by multimodal rail/truck service

• Possibility of making FCL and FCL/LCL or LCL/FCL shipments

• Ensure respect for the goods’ characteristics in terms of temperature whenever requested.

We have high security warehouses available in different locations around the world. We are proud to be

AEO-certified (European Union). Our staff is available to explain our security strength and high level of

our security features, in full respect of discretion.

Our main warehouse got TAPA security certification in 2017.

WHAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS

CUSTOMS SERVICES

We will take care of all customs formalities and tax issues.

Customs formalities include:

• Bonded warehouse- A warehouse dedicated to housing both EU and

non-EU goods, which are identified by ad hoc regulations.

• Completing customs declarations for import, export and transit

• Issuing commodity codes and corresponding duty rates

• Requesting BTI (binding tariff information) from Customs to confirm

commodity code

• Requesting refunds and/or import surcharges

• Filing appeals, requesting customs permits

• Storing goods under transit

The EOL Tax Representation service

EOL offers its customers a professional and guaranteed service

of tax representation by fulfilling various tasks of invoicing,

registration and settlement of taxes. We will also advise you on

the most suitable solutions for the tax compliance required by

Italian law, for example by requesting the deferment of the VAT

payment. We will study together with you a strategic plan that will

allow you to get the maximum benefits from your business

operations in Italy.

HIGH SECURITY TRANSPORT

For high-value and appealing goods, such as luxury brand garments or top quality electronic devices, or any other

valuable good, we have set up a dedicated high-standard security organisation. We can assure that your valuable goods

will reach their final destination with no complications, they will be strictly controlled throughout all the journey even during

intermediate stops in different warehouses. Due to security reasons, all request will be followed by our staff in full respect

of discretion.

HIGH TECH AND ELECTRONICS

FASHION AND DESIGN

The transport offer is based on dedicated solutions, express, maritime and air shipments and logistics, with temporary storage. The service is

processed through: scheduled pick-ups, certain transit-time, appointments for unloading, vehicles equipped with a hydraulic lift to facilitate

unloading operations, scheduled management of the return of packaging, re-entries after scheduled events.

EXHIBITION SERVICE

We are IATA cargo agents with DGR capability to handle all classes except class 1 and 7.

Our office is located in Pioltello, Milan, with a 7000 sq. meters warehouse, AEO certificated, full bonded, with dedicated area for DGR cargo,

following Segregation and Storage Guidelines, we offer in and out and storage service for Dangerous Goods. Warehouse is structured in

compliance with high standards of safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers, emergency response equipment as well

as first aid kits. This is not only to ensure the highest level of safety concerns but to insist on our strong commitment to safety and responsible care.

Our warehouse staff is regularly trained to have extensive knowledge of handling chemicals including Identification of hazards associated with DGR

class.

We are able to provide DGR documentary consultancy, DGR packaging and labelling consultancy and supply of DGR packaging materials and

handling of packing.

We have fleet of trucks available to pick up and delivery of DGR cargo.

DANGEROUS GOODS

We offer a worldwide temperature controlled transport service, based on quality and flexibility, using the most advanced chilling methods and

respecting the current provisions. We guarantee our customers to look after their goods, by protecting them from atmospheric agents and by

assuring the maintenance of the cold chain, through all its shipping steps.

GOODS AT TEMPERATURE CONTROL

We manage the logistics of materials and equipment that are components Critics of large-scale infrastructure projects, such as exceptional parts,

heavy-lift and out of shape, large industrial vehicles, prefabricated buildings, machinery, civil and industrial plant engineering, shipbuilding and

complete industrial complexes. The movement takes place through special means and with the integration of different modes of transport that also

include the possible chartering of ships and airplanes of the distribution of cargo on multiple aircraft.

PROJECTS AND SPECIAL TRANSPORT

For goods with mandatory deliveries for events or costumers V.I.P., we offer the service of goods carried by our staff traveling on the same flight.
